We do our best to match your requested imprint colours and fine details as closely as possible. Due to the artistic aspects of screen printing and embroidery, colours may vary from the proof provided. In addition, the print may be textured and can vary among items. 

Certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

• Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
• Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
• Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
• Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
• Product shrinkage after washing - please note that all products containing cotton may shrink up to a full size.

Please examine your product sizes, quantities, and designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, Fresh Image Print does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.
